Fellow Jefferson Park Forward members,
The committee members of the Fundraising & Services Committee have created a survey, and we graciously ask that you take 5 minutes out of your busy day to complete it. We know that your time is valuable and the last thing you want to do is fill out another survey, but this is different. I think all of us are excited about Jefferson Park Forward because we want to bring real change to our community.
This survey that we are asking you to fill out is one of the first steps in this process. By answering these brief questions, you will help us identify organizations we should partner with and those within our community who need our assistance. You will also let us know the types of community service projects that you are interested in assisting with.
