The moments that go unnoticed or become obscured. The end result is an exquisite\, complicated story told\, much like earth formations\, through layers\, deep crevices\, and blankets of time. \n\n\n\nBorn in Panama and raised in Miami\, Jessie Smith-Larson resides in Chicago.

DESCRIPTION:Our first neighborhood event. We heard loud and clear at our first meeting last week that you wanted to volunteer\, to meet your neighbors\, to be part of a community. This is one way to do that. Join us at the Jefferson Park Terminal for the tree lighting. Volunteers are needed. Any and all are welcome. We’ll be passing out hot cocoa to our neighbors and commuters. \nWe will also be collecting donations and items for the New Horizon Center\, a local non-profit agency that provides education and training for children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism.
