Small Business Marketing in 2019 – What Every Owner Needs to Know

May 14, 2019 @ 11:30 am 1:30 pm

As a small business owner, it can seem downright impossible to stay on top of the constantly changing marketing “rules”: Should I be using Facebook or Instagram? Is print marketing a thing anymore? What’s the best way to drive traffic to my business? Do loyalty programs work? The answer: any of these might be right for your business, but you won’t know without developing a strategy first.

Beginning with a general discussion of the brand strategy process – that is, how to position your company uniquely in the mind of your audience and the marketplace – this workshop will help you identify that emotional connection with your customers that will bring them to your doorstep. Using examples from other small businesses like yours, we’ll demonstrate how finding the right message and the right customers will clarify the best tactics for you.

The format will include a brief presentation followed by a workshop-style session to get your marketing questions asked and answered.

Lunch catered by Jefferson Park’s own Delightful Pastries.

The Jefferson Park Chamber of Commerce and Jefferson Park Forward are proud to sponsor this event.
