This month\, join us for the release of our JPF Homebrew Competition award winning beer: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin your neighbors and raise a glass of the JPF Homebrew Challenge winning beer\, BeelzeBreath! Jefferson Park resident Michael Nudo won the 2019 JPF Homebrew Challenge with his chipotle pepper milk stout\, 5.9% ABV. The grand prize included the winning recipe being scaled up into a small batch brewed by Lake Effect Brewing Company LLC. \n\n\n\n6pm – tapping7pm – Brewer talk with JPF Homebrew champion Michael Nudo and Lake Effect Brewing Company LLC founder Clint Bautz. \n\n\n\nHops and Barley will have specials on BeezleBreath. SUMMARY:Illegal Smile
DESCRIPTION:Pilsner recipe by Tom Mathews. Heidi Osterhout designed the label. Lake Effect Brewing Co. brewed the beer.\n\n\n\n“Illegal Smile” is the winning recipe from the 2018 Jefferson Park Homebrew Contest sponsored by Jefferson Park Forward. The winning entry was a delicious and well executed Pilsner brewed by Tom Mathews. The lovely label was designed by JPF member Heidi Osterhout. JPF Business Member Lake Effect Brewing Co. translated the recipe into a large batch and brewed it in early March. The lovely straw colored brew will have been lagering at a cool 33 degrees for 4 weeks at its unveiling. This is an elegant beer which is simplistic\, naked\, and broken down into the most basic elements of malt\, hops\, water\, yeast and time. If you like to drink a super-quenchable\, multi-sessionable\, not your fathers lager\, European Pilsner made right here in Jefferson Park\, Illegal Smile is for you.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n	Related
